Weaving Manager/Deputy Manager – Terry Towels

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Weaving Manager/Deputy Manager for our Terry Towels production line. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the weaving production process for Terry Towels. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient use of resources, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. The role involves planning and scheduling weaving production to meet customer demand and sales forecasts, coordinating with the production team for timely raw material availability and equipment readiness, monitoring and controlling fabric quality, yardage, and wastage, implementing efficient weaving techniques, optimizing machine settings, and collaborating with the design team to develop new designs and patterns. The candidate will also analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
