Job Description

We are looking for a Manager of Quality Control & Assurance to join our team at our units in Lahore, Faisalabad, and Multan. In this role, you will develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product consistency and safety. You will oversee and conduct regular product inspections, sampling, and testing to maintain quality standards. Collaboration with production teams is essential to identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed. You will stay informed about relevant industry regulations, ensuring the company’s compliance with local and national quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities will also include managing and maintaining records of quality control and regulatory compliance, working closely with the Production department to address quality issues in real-time, coordinating with the Store department to monitor and maintain the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, and technical parts, and collaborating with Sales, Warehouses, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to address quality concerns related to finished goods, distribution, and customer feedback. You will create and maintain quality control documentation, reports, and data to track and analyze quality performance, provide regular reports to management, and suggest improvements based on data analysis. Training quality control staff and other relevant personnel on quality control and assurance best practices and keeping the team updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in quality control are also key responsibilities.
