Job Description
Amreli Steels is seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Engineer – Mechanical to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of mechanical equipment such as gear boxes, pumps, overhead cranes, cooling towers, compressors, and hydraulic machinery. Key responsibilities include preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to maximize plant production availability, developing failure analysis reports, and preparing documents like shift reports and downtime analysis reports. The candidate must be adept at reading and interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, and hydraulic schematics. Knowledge of spare planning and modification, as well as adherence to safety rules and regulations, is essential.
