Job Description
As a Sr. Manager IE (Knitwear) at LTD, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and resource utilization of our textile production processes. Your responsibilities will include evaluating monthly plans for cutting, stitching, washing, and finishing to maximize resource utilization. You will provide consultancy and technical expertise to the Merchandizing department regarding order bookings, considering the capability and flexibility of process departments. Additionally, you will evaluate samples during costing for production feasibility, check fabric, sewing thread, SPI, GSM, and related operations at the inquiry stage, and ensure efficient layout design of shop floors. You will also be responsible for daily target setting in collaboration with HODs, considering product feasibility and available resources.
