As a Manager Utilities Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, enforcing safe work practices, and managing emergency response and training. You will maintain and inspect safety equipment and systems, contribute to best practices and strategies to enhance operational performance, support new business initiatives, manage budgets, allocate resources, and plan for future projects. Leading and managing the utilities operation team, you will coordinate with stakeholders, plan and execute projects, optimize equipment performance, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage resources and budgets to meet operational goals and KPIs. Additionally, you will manage and develop a high-performing team, set and review objectives, promote high standards, ensure adequate staffing, motivate and coach for success, and maintain accurate performance and training records. You will also be involved in planning and stewarding yearly OPEX and CAPEX budgets for utilities/power generation operations and associated projects.
