Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Area Engineer for our Ammonia plant. The ideal candidate will hold a BS in Chemical Engineering and possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safe, consistent, and efficient operations of the Ammonia plant while minimizing downtime. The role also involves evaluating and conducting training needs analysis (TNA) for the team to maintain a high level of functional and managerial expertise. The Area Engineer will ensure all activities carried out during shifts are conducted safely and in accordance with PSM and PTW procedures.
