Job Description
As an Executive Officer for Training & Labor Welfare at Feroze 1888, you will be responsible for addressing workers’ grievances and organizing their respective training sessions. You will promote a positive work environment, fostering strong relationships between management and workers. Key responsibilities include handling day-to-day issues and grievances of workers, conducting regular workplace inspections to ensure safe and healthy working conditions, planning and executing labor welfare activities, organizing various training sessions for workers, and coordinating with departments for training evaluation and record maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as the ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and discretion.
