Job Description

Danpak Food Industries (PVT) Ltd. is seeking a career-oriented individual with a vision to utilize acquired knowledge to contribute positively to our organization. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, designing, and sales to find solutions to persisting issues. The candidate will allocate resources to meet production goals, facilitate regular meetings to update the sales team on production status and goals, and assist in managing inventory accuracy while minimizing waste. The role also includes collaborating with the quality control department to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications, communicating quality issues, and helping implement corrective actions as necessary. Identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting efficiency-enhancing solutions are essential parts of the job. The candidate will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, maintain records of production data including output, downtime, and resource utilization, and prepare reports and documentation for management review. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies is critical.
