Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Manager/DGM (Stitching) for our Knitwear division at LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving the monthly stitching plan in coordination with the PPC department, based on the monthly cutting plan. This role requires effective communication of the final plan to the IE department for evaluation based on efficiency. The Sr. Manager/DGM will evaluate production targets regularly to ensure they are met, address delays in receiving inputs from other departments by informing the PPC department, and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely delivery of goods. The candidate will also be responsible for reviewing identified reasons for any production shortfalls and discussing them with the concerned departmental head. Ensuring that inventories are within defined limits and that input is received in time from the cutting department to facilitate timely material receipt for stitching is also crucial.
