We are seeking a Deputy Manager Mechanical who will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repair tasks on construction and mining machinery such as excavators, dozers, graders, and trucks. The role includes planning and managing the inventory of spare parts to ensure availability when needed, generating and maintaining detailed weekly and monthly reports on equipment status, maintenance activities, and performance metrics to provide clear insights into machinery performance and maintenance efficiency. The successful candidate will adhere to and promote HSE policies and practices within the maintenance team, ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and environmental standards, identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various machinery, and implement preventive maintenance strategies to reduce the likelihood of future issues.
