Job Description
Aisha Steel Mills Limited, a part of the Arif Habib Group, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager for our Store Supply Chain Department, based at our mill in Port Qasim, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory in both the system and physically, monitoring the inventory of consumption items, and ensuring timely ordering as per their consumption. The role involves conducting regular inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies in SAP, scheduling for purchase, initiating purchase requisitions when inventory reaches reorder levels, and inspecting incoming items for quality and compliance. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will supervise and train warehouse and store staff, and must be proficient in inventory management and familiar with ERP/SAP systems.
