Job Description
As a Territory Sales Officer at Siccotel, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within your assigned territory area. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the market dynamics in your territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the territory. Use insights to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Develop and execute detailed sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to achieve sales objectives.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities in collaboration with marketing teams to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide training and support to distributor sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices to enhance their effectiveness.
