Job Description

We are currently seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager Production (Injection Molding) at Utopia Industries (Pvt) Ltd. The successful candidate will oversee and optimize daily production operations, ensuring workplace safety, maintaining high product quality, managing inventories, and contributing to research and development activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient and effective production processes. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, resolving operational issues, developing and implementing production plans, standardizing processes through SOPs, organizing workflows, leading production staff, and improving injection molding processes. Collaboration with quality assurance teams and supervising maintenance and repair of machinery is also essential.
