Job Description

We are looking for an HR Assistant Manager to provide administrative support to our HR department. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills. This role will involve assisting with various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and other HR-related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads & scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, maintaining files, and organizing HR events.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Stay informed about HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness in HR processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR assistant or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with matching communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
