Job Description
Panther Tyres Limited is seeking a motivated Management Trainee (MTO) specializing in Industrial Engineering to join our team at our Sheikhupura plant. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of industrial engineering within our manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will utilize statistical tools and methods to analyze data related to production processes, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Responsibilities include managing projects related to process improvement, new product introduction, or facility layout optimization from inception to completion, working with supply chain and logistics teams to streamline material flow, inventory management, and distribution processes, and collaborating with quality assurance teams to develop and implement strategies for ensuring product quality. Additionally, the trainee will prepare reports, presentations, and documentation of findings, recommendations, and project progress for management review.
