Job Description
M.K. SONS (Pvt) Limited, a leading name in the manufacturing and export of greige fabric, home textile, and apparel, is seeking a highly qualified General Manager – HR & Compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional certifications in compliance being advantageous. The role requires 12-15+ years of proven experience, including 5-6 years in a leadership role. The General Manager – HR & Compliance will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, conducting budgeting and analysis of HR expenditures, establishing HR policies and procedures, managing industrial relations, employee relations, talent acquisition, HR information systems, and leading HR operations and compliance teams. This position demands excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, along with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
