We are seeking a highly skilled Issuance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commerce or supply chain, along with 6 years of experience in warehouse management. SAP Certification is preferred.
As an Issuance Officer, you will ensure the accuracy of inventory records by conducting periodic physical counts and reconciling any discrepancies. You will plan and manage inventory levels to meet production or operational needs, monitor stock levels, and implement appropriate stock control measures. Your responsibilities will include organizing and managing the storage and distribution of materials safely and efficiently, generating relevant reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to management on key metrics such as inventory turnover, stock availability, and cost analysis. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and organizational policies, including health and safety regulations, and utilize SAP for efficient material postings, inventory management, documentation, and compliance adherence.
