Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager/Sr. Manager Merchandising (Knitwear Garments) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies to optimize product assortments and maximize sales and profitability. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to make informed decisions on product selection, pricing, and inventory management. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing sales and operational plans to support sales and promote profitable sales within the given market. The candidate will also research and analyze performance to identify opportunities for improvement, establish marketing goals based on past performance and the company’s business strategy, and set means to achieve business targets. Representing the marketing department in important buyer meetings and providing in-depth information to interested clients is also a critical part of the role.
