Job Description
Masood Textile Mills (MTM) is looking for an Assistant Manager Laundry (Knits Business) who will be responsible for understanding and implementing garment dyeing and washing techniques such as sand wash, acid wash, and random wash with rags & thermopile/synthetic materials process on knitted garments. The candidate will execute the entire development process from start to finish, ensuring that garments maintain consistent color, quality, and texture. Coordination with other departments to schedule production and track inventory is essential. Additionally, the candidate will verify that shift formats are completed in all respects and that dyeing parameters are reported by the shift supervisor, ensuring optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials. The role includes reducing garment washing wastage through process optimization and control, as well as leading safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.
