Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Manager Production – Beverages to join our team in Lahore, Faisalabad & Multan Unit. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team to develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production targets. They will ensure efficient utilization of production lines, including Krones equipment, to optimize throughput. The role involves continuously improving production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and streamlining operations to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Implementing best practices to enhance productivity and minimize downtime is crucial. The candidate will oversee inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure adequate supply and minimal waste. Coordination with the store and warehouse teams to optimize inventory is essential. Working closely with other departments, including quality control, maintenance, and store, to ensure seamless operations and problem resolution is expected. The candidate will schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of the production team. Staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to beverage production is necessary. They will implement innovative ideas and technologies to improve production processes and provide regular reports on production metrics, challenges, and recommended improvements.
